Highland Competitions – Terms & Conditions
By entering any competition hosted by Highland Competitions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
- Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.
- Employees or anyone directly connected with Highland Competitions may not enter.
2. Entry
- Entry is completed once payment has been successfully received.
- The entry price is displayed on each competition page.
- Each purchased entry counts as one chance to win unless otherwise stated.
- Maximum entries per competition will be shown on the competition page.
3. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected using a fair and transparent random draw.
- The winning ticket will be selected at random using the integrated raffle system. The winning ticket number will be published on our Facebook page and the winner contacted using the details provided at checkout.
- The winner will be contacted using the details provided when entering.
- Winners may also be announced on our Facebook page unless requested otherwise.
- The draw will take place once the competition has closed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Where a closing date has been extended under Section 5, the draw will take place after the revised closing date.
4. Prize
- Prize details are listed on each competition page.
- Cash prizes will be transferred directly to the winner’s nominated UK bank account.
- Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.
5. Competition Closing Dates and Minimum Entries
Each competition has an advertised closing date. If the minimum number of entries required to run the competition has not been reached by that date, Highland Competitions reserves the right to extend the closing date until the minimum number of entries has been achieved or to cancel the competition.
Any changes to the closing date will be announced on our website and Facebook page.
6. Competition Cancellation and Refunds
If a competition is cancelled, all entrants will receive a full refund using the original payment method.
Except where required by law or where a competition is cancelled, entries are non-refundable once purchased.
7. Liability
Highland Competitions accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures, internet issues or payment problems.
8. Privacy
Your personal information will only be used for administering competitions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptance
By entering any competition you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
