Highland Competitions – Website Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
These competitions are operated by Highland Competitions, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, England.

2. Eligibility
- Entrants must be 18 years or over.
- Competitions are open to eligible residents of Great Britain, unless stated otherwise.
- Employees or anyone directly involved in running the competition may not enter.
3. Competition Entry
- Entry is completed once payment has been successfully received.
- Each purchased ticket is allocated a unique ticket number.
- Ticket numbers are shown on your order confirmation and/or emailed after purchase.
4. Closing of Competitions
Competitions will close when all available tickets have been sold.
Any changes will be announced on our website and official social media pages.
5. Winner Selection
All winners are selected using a random draw.
The draw will normally take place within 24 hours of the competition closing.
The draw will be streamed live on Highland Competitions’ official Facebook page.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the details supplied during checkout.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, Highland Competitions reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Prize Information
Prizes are as described on each competition page.
Where a prize becomes unavailable, Highland Competitions reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
8. Competition Changes
Highland Competitions reserves the right to:
- extend competitions
- amend draw dates where necessary
- cancel competitions due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
Where a competition is cancelled, entrants will be informed and any refunds or alternative arrangements will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and these Terms & Conditions.
9. Payments
Payments are securely processed using Stripe.
Highland Competitions does not store customer payment card details.
10. Privacy
Personal information is used solely for administering competitions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
Highland Competitions accepts no responsibility for technical failures, internet outages or events outside its reasonable control which prevent entry.
12. Acceptance
By entering a competition you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
